Refund policy

If payment has been deducted but Energy has not arrived, the corresponding amount is automatically returned within 24 hours under the service refund rule.

Duplicate payments require manual investigation. Contact support with your order number and transaction hash; submitting a request does not itself confirm a refund.

Check the current price, rental duration and usage conditions in the bot before paying. Contact support if an expected refund has not arrived.
